Single Session Supportive Counselling - Thursdays March 2023 - 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Our Single Session Counselling offers you personalized support so you can build a plan to work through an issue related to your mental health. Counsellors will concentrate on helping you build a plan for one or two concerns within the session. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sessions will only be conducted over the phone at this time.
