• I acknowledge that during the Seal Beach Monthly Beach/Riverbed Cleanup that neither the City of Seal Beach, Save Our Beach, Statelands property nor any other affiliated organization is responsible for my safety in any way. Any decisions I make on whether to participate in activities organized at the Monthly Beach/Riverbed Cleanup are my own personal responsibility.

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to be aware of the inherent risks involved in the Beach/Riverbed Cleanup. Because I have been advised that neither the cleanup sponsors, nor any other affiliated organization is taking any duty to assure my safety, I hereby waive any and all legal claims that I, my heirs and my successors and assigns may have against the Beach/Riverbed Cleanup sponsors or any other affiliated organization for any injuries or damages that I may incur as a result of my participation in the cleanup. Further, I hold harmless the cleanup sponsors and any other affiliated organizations against any claims for injuries or damages caused by my activities during the cleanup. Also, participants hereby give permission to Save Our Beach to use at no cost any video footage or photos used for television shows, websites, and promotional materials.
