Energy & Environment Showcase 2023

By completing this registration form, your company agrees to observe all the terms and conditions set forth in the Energy and the Environment Showcase exhibitor prospectus. All communications will be directed to the person and address indicated below, unless otherwise specified.

Fee

Space Assignment will be made in order of receipt of properly registered exhibitors and full booth payment. However, IPPNY reserves the right to make or change booth assignment at its discretion.

Please indicate the exhibit type you will be bringing (8x10 booth area provided; IPPNY does not supply displays):

Optional items: If your exhibit requires additional items such as audio/visual equipment, telephones, furniture, etc. please contact Total Events at (518) 383-8602 to discuss your needs. Total Events will provide you with ordering and pricing information. Shared internet access will be available at the Albany Capital Center (ACC) and you may also purchase internet if necessary through the ACC.

Exhibitors are limited to two (2) booth personnel. Please provide names and contact information for each person who will be at your booth.

Exhibit booth personnel (limit 2) may participate in the Spring Conference sessions as well as all meal breaks. Any additional attendees from exhibiting companies who wish to attend the conference can do so by completing a conference registration form and will be extended the IPPNY Member rate to attend. Conference registration is available online at www.ippny.org. Exhibitors have numerous opportunities to reach the conference attendees. The opening reception will be held in the on the evening of Tuesday, May 9, 2023. In an effort to provide maximum networking time for the exhibitors, the venue will be open from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM for exhibit viewing and a reception. On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, all breaks will be held in the exhibition hall.
