I, the parent or guardian of the Attendee, hereby give my consent for the Attendee named above to participate in the Scientific Inquiry Workshop, which will be held in-person. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against STEAM for All, for any and all injuries which the Attendee named above may suffer while taking part in the Scientific Inquiry Workshop or as a result thereof.

The Attendee will not use obscene, profane, threatening, or disrespectful language or images during the Scientific Inquiry Workshop. The Attendee must follow directions given by the event hosts. The Attendee will immediately be removed from the event upon violation.

The Attendee must use their real name during this event. When applicable, the Attendee must appropriate for all ages and refrain from displaying disruptive or inappropriate content. If this clause is violated, the attendee will be immediately removed from the event.

The parent and the Attendee agree not to solicit services to volunteers/attendees or poach any volunteers/attendees from the Scientific Inquiry Workshop event, including but not limited to private tutoring services outside of STEAM for All.
