If your registration includes membership/renewal, your membership will expire December 31, 2023. If your membership has expired and you do not wish to renew, NON-MEMBER rates will apply.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: By checking this box, you understand that refunds (minus $50.00 administrative fee) are given only through March 10, 2023. After that date, conference registration fee can be transferred to another person or forfeited.
