UCSF Brain Tumor Center patients are welcome to join us for a 4-week holistic yoga / meditation program designed specifically for and by a brain tumor patient! Gentle hatha yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice that mindfully honors one’s body, not pushing or striving for a particular outcome.
