Body HIIT Series

Get the most from your workout with these fast, fun, 45-min, sessions. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a proven and effective way to build strength and aerobic capacity. Over six weeks, participants will learn to use their body weight and simple common tools like a chair to work their whole body. Mary Ann Dobbins will be the instructor.
