Neither I nor my heirs, executors or assigns, will hold AACA, the Richmond Region AACA, Henrico County, or St. Joseph's Villa, their agents, volunteers or employees, liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or any other losses, damages, injury or death which may occur while engaging in or traveling to or from this event or from an occurrence due to COVID or other illness.

The purpose of this show is to raise money for St. Joseph's Villa, and the show will go on - rain or shine, Should the show be cancelled due to health concerns or other restrictions beyond our control, would you be willing to allow the Richmond Region AACA to retain your show fees in order to donate 100% of the net proceeds to St. Joseph's Villa?

• No, please refund my fees if the show is cancelled.
