• Please review our terms and conditions: 1.) The registration fee, to be paid with the submission of this form, is non-fundable. 2.) Exhibitors may begin setting up at 8:00 am on Saturday, June 3 2023. All Exhibits need to be open by 11:00 am and close at 4:00 pm on June 3. Rain date will be Sunday, June 4. 3.) Exhibitors will keep booth assembled and staffed for entire duration of the Festival and remove all merchandise, boxes, debris. 4.) The event organizers reserve the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, services, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc. 5.) The Arts, Craft & Civic Fair, and its organizers of Hamden Fest will not assume responsibility for the safety of the exhibits against theft, damage, accidents or for bodily injury or damage to property or persons caused by the operations of the Vendor/Exhibitor.
