1) Your space is not reserved until payment is made. Payment must be made within 30-days of registering to reserve your space. If payment is not received by 30-days after registering, this registration becomes void.

3) All Events Are Rain or Shine

4) This event is outside and on pavement. Electricity is not available. Bring battery powered lighting or a silent generator and proper weighting.

5) This event has a no refund policy. Cancellations occurring at least 30 days before the event may qualify for an event credit. Ask your account rep. No credits or refunds of any kind will be given within 30 days of event.

ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST contact the Sarasota County Fire Prevention at 941-861-2290 immediately after registering to schedule an inspection. You must be approved by them in order to participate.

By completing this registration you agree that Florida Penguin Productions (FPP), it's employees, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for damages (including physical, mental, or property) occurring during this event.
