• Diamond Sponsor - At the $1000.00 level, you will receive 5 tickets to the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. You will be provided with a table in the main area to promote your services and an opportunity to address all our attendees about your services for up to 5 minutes. Your organization name, website, contact number, and a description of your services will appear on NASW-FL Miami-Dade Unit’s webpage, in the event program, and on Miami-Dade Unit’s social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and e-mails to members).

• Platinum Sponsor - At the $750.00 level, you will receive 3 tickets to the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. You will be provided with a table in the main area to promote your services and an opportunity to address all our attendees about your services for up to 3 minutes. Your organization name, website, contact number, and a description of your services will appear on NASW-FL Miami-Dade Unit’s webpage, in the event program, and on Miami-Dade Unit’s social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and e-mails to members).

• Gold Sponsor - At the $500.00 level, you will receive 2 tickets to the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. You will be provided with a table in the main area to promote your services. Your organization name, website, contact number, and a description of your services will appear on NASW-FL Miami-Dade Unit’s webpage, in the event program, and on Miami-Dade Unit’s social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and e-mails to members).

• Pearl Sponsor - At the $350.00 level, you will receive 1 ticket to the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. You will be provided with a table in the main area to promote your services. Your organization name, website, contact number, and a description of your services will appear on NASW-FL Miami-Dade Unit’s webpage, in the event program, and on Miami-Dade Unit’s social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and e-mails to members).

• Silver Sponsor - At the $250.00 level, you will receive 1 ticket to the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. Your brochures and information will be placed at a shared vendor table. Your organization name, website, contact number, and a description of your services will appear on NASW-FL Miami-Dade Unit’s webpage, in the event program, and on Miami-Dade Unit’s social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and e-mails to members).

• Bronze Sponsor - At the $100.00 level, for universities and volunteer organizations only, you will receive 1 ticket to attend the event and the opportunity to network throughout it. A small table for your brochures and information will be available.

• NOTE: If additional individual tickets are desired, they may be purchased for $45.00 each.

• We encourage sponsors to bring a giveaway and/or door prize the day of the event. You may collect business cards, choose a random card, and present the prize to the winner yourself.

• Please provide the names of the guests who will be joining you as part of your sponsor benefits.

COVID Waiver

• In order to attend the Event, we require that all attendees consent to a waiver of liability related to COVID-19. Please carefully review the waiver that follows and indicate your consent below.

• I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus at the Event and become infected as a result. I accept sole responsibility for any potential illness or other harm to myself (and any associated expense) related to contracting the virus while attending the Event. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NASW, its employees, agents, and representatives from all liability of any kind related to COVID-19. I will comply with all COVID-related policies that may be implemented by NASW and the Venue. This includes, but is not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk.
