At no time will a Phono-Graphix Certification Course participant train or in any way support the activity of another individual or corporation, public or private, which wishes to engage in Phono-Graphix reading therapy independently or on behalf of the course participant, whether for pay or per grata. Training in the Phono-Graphix method is strictly reserved for licensed Phono-Graphix trainers who have an independent contractor agreement with the Phono-Graphix Reading Company, LLC.

At no time during or after the Phono-Graphix Certification Course will a course participant reveal trade secrets about the Phono-Graphix method or the Phono-Graphix Reading Company, LLC, including but not limited to theory, methods and practices, to any individual or corporation which is in public or private business of reading therapy, tutoring, education, counseling, publishing, or other activities which may be considered competitive to Phono-Graphix or the Phono-Graphix Reading Company, LLC.
