Yoga Anatomy 1 with Jason Hardage

In this 8 week course we will study structural anatomy including the bones and joints. The participants will learn the names of the bones, and be able to describe the range of motion of the joint structures. This class is open to any student interested in learning how the body moves in daily life, and in yoga poses.
