The Fine Print

• SESSION HOURS Morning: 10am-1pm, Afternoon: 2pm-5pm, Full Day (Morning and Afternoon Sessions): 10am-5pm. All materials, supplies, paints, finishing, snack and sales tax are included in the price, unless otherwise noted. PREPAYMENT is required to hold your child's place. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MC, Amex, & Discover. CANCELLATION POLICY. If you cancel prior to the first day of Summer Camp (6/5/23) you will be charged a 10% fee which covers credit card processing and fees. If you cancel after camp begins (6/5/23), you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and a studio credit will be provided for the balance. The credit must be used by 12/31/22. MISSED CLASS POLICY. We allow one makeup session per camper provided there is availability. The makeup session must occur by the end of Summer Camp (8/16/23). If you have any questions, please call us at (305) 992-8222.

• FLEXPASS DETAILS: FlexPass is NOT TRANSFERABLE and must be used by registered camper (child). To confirm availability and reserve a particular session (not reserved during the initial registration process) forward your registration confirmation to alex@artthyme.com a make a request, be sure to note which camper(s). A 10% sibling discount is available for the 2nd child, etc. registered within the same household (excludes first child). Sibling purchase cannot exceed first child registration. All days must be used by August 16, 2023 or they will be forfeited.
