Youth Yoga

Join us for Kids Yoga! Strength, flexibility, and coordination are focused on with a greater understanding of body awareness. Yoga sequences, breathing, balance poses, and relaxation are taught to build a child’s confidence in their abilities while practicing in a non-competitive environment.
