CSVANW recognizes that “more than 4 in 5 American Indian and Alaska Native women have experienced violence in their lifetime. This includes 56.1% who have experienced sexual violence”. During SAAM, we HONOR our sexual assault survivors and their voices by encouraging healing practices, uplifting conversations, and providing community support.
