• Plan to arrive no later than Tuesday, September 19th as we will host a meet and greet that evening at 6pm at Rib Crib BBQ in Duncan. The closest airport is Lawton, Oklahoma (LAW) but it is only serviced by American Airlines. Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport (OKC) is the closest "large" airport, approximately 75 miles from Duncan. Each participant is responsible for making their own travel arrangements, ground transportation, accommodations and food.

• This year we will NOT be reserving a block of rooms, so book your room early as hotels in Duncan book up very quickly! • Please plan to attend the informal "Meet and Greet" Tuesday, September 19th, 6:00pm at RIB CRIB BBQ, located at 3839 US Highway 81, Duncan, OK 73533 - We will discuss daily logistics and schedule for the 3-day Bilateral Life Camp.

• There is no cost to attend the 2023 Bilateral Life Camp. However, each attendee will be responsible for arranging their own travel, vehicle transportation, accommodations and meals during their stay.

• We have many interactive sessions planned as well as demonstrations by multiple full-time prosthetic users. We welcome participation and interaction by the attendees in order to make each session as productive as possible.

• The goal of the 2023 Bilateral Life Camp is to learn new life skills to improve mobility and function with bilateral above knee limb loss. Each session requires some level of exertion and skill to participate. We leave that decision up to each participant as to what level they are capable participating in each event.

• (This event is ONLY for individuals with bilateral limb loss and accompanying family members. This event is not available to prosthetists, therapists or other medical professionals as the scope of the program is strictly formatted for individuals with bilateral limb loss and family members. This event is not for individuals with bone anchored prosthetics.)
