  • Welcome to the Asociación Condominios y Controles de Acceso de PR Inc. reservation site! A block of rooms has been reserved for August 09, 2023 - August 13, 2023. The special room rate will be available until JUNE 15, 2023 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Booking a reservation from our site is simple.

  • Group Rate $249 Price per night (USD) Plus $50 resort charge per night, tax & tip. Third, fourth and fifth adult have an additional charge per night of $40.00 plus tax.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 am

  • Rules & Restrictions There is a Credit Card required for this reservation. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. This group rate requires a deposit of 2 nights. The payment of Tax, Resort Tax and tips is paid directly to the hotel. The collection of the deposit is made by the Asociacion de Condominios y Controles de Acceso de PR. Individual cancellations are not allowed on group bookings.
