Additional Information

• Advance payment is required to secure space.

• Booth assignments will be made by PMAA.

• Cancellations must be received by August 15, 2023 to qualify for a refund. Cancellations received after August 15 are not refundable. Registrations are transferable to another individual prior to the Conference start date. Unpaid no-shows will be charged.

• As a condition of registering to exhibit at PMAA’s Trade Show, the exhibitor understands and accepts the Association (PMAA) will not be held liable for any theft or damage of exhibitor property directly or indirectly related to the Trade Show. Additionally, the Association will be indemnified of any liability resulting from actions of the exhibitors’ employees or agents at said event.
