Youth Mental Health First Aid at ARCNH

Training includes: 2-Hours Virtual Pre-Work 6 Hour In-person workshop Informs adults about common mental health concerns among youth. Teaches adults how to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use problems in youth and offer help or resources to someone experiencing a mental illness or crisis.
