Preserving Communication and Dignity Through All Stages of Dementia

This course will focus on best practice approaches and methods to assess, treat, and manage communication and cognitive and swallowing needs to allow functioning through the progression of the dementia process. The role of the palliative care team can ensure caregiver comfort during this difficult and emotional journey.
