Tasting History

Enterprising culinary artists and fearless taste-testers at the State Library and State Archives came together to forge a series called “Tasting History.” Recipes discovered in the collections of the Library and Archives were brought to fruition, reflecting the tastes of the times they were written. Presenters will share some of their favorites!
