CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PAID PROGRAMS: If you withdraw from a program more than seven days prior to the start date, you may receive a refund of your course fee, less a $5.00 administration fee. After this time, or once the program has started no refunds will be made. Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a course.

For all SWFIC programs In person: I hereby understand that injuries can arise from the very nature of the program's activities, and hereby release and waive all rights to any claim or action against South Winnipeg Family Information Centre, Inc. and/or its representatives arising from injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of South Winnipeg Family Information Centre, Inc. and/or its representatives.

PAYMENT OPTIONS :

E-TRANSFER (EMT): Click the "pay by check" box and send to: payments@swfic.org. Please include your full name and the course you are paying for in the payment details.

CREDIT CARD BY PHONE: Click the "Pay by Check" box. Phone our office at 204-284-9311 to provide your information over the phone.

PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD: Select the "Pay with Paypal" box to pay with your Paypal account or with your credit card online through Paypal's secure system. No Paypal account necessary.

PERSONAL CHEQUE: Click the "Pay by Check" box which will then provide our mailing address.

Payment must be received within 7 days of registration to ensure your place in the workshop.
