Training in Concentration Silent Retreat (Part 3)

Participants will be perfectly prepared to reap deep benefits on our in-house silent tranquil abiding retreat on May 19 - 22. This retreat will have an introduction with Gen Tabkay on Friday evening, all other sessions will be self guided using a chosen object of meditation. Silence will begin after session 1 on Saturday.
