San Antonio has a long history leading the world in research on the bioeffects of directed energy. Stephanie Miller, Chief, Air Force Research Laboratory, will discuss the history of the Laboratory’s activity in this area, as well as their current role in understanding emerging threats, such as the recently publicized “Havana Syndrome”.
