Event Information

• FAA-required paperwork is due to Kimberly no later than May 20, 2023. Additionally, there will be a mandatory Volunteer Pilot Briefing prior to the event.

• On June 24th, we're asking all pilots to arrive at BKL between 8:00am and 9:00am, and participate in a pre-event briefing at 9:30am so we can ensure the safety of our families when the event begins at 11am.

• If you cannot make it that early, please indicate your estimated time of arrival below so we can try to accommodate your needs.
