Lunchtime Gentle Yoga

Join us at lunchtime for a rejuvenating group yoga experience! This gentle class is adaptable and accessible for every body. It includes breathing practices, postures, and relaxation & meditation. The class will be held on May 3, 10, 17 & 24 from Noon–1 pm. The cost is $80 for all four classes, and $20 per class for drop-ins.
