Community Inclusion Team Application Informational Webinar

Early CHOICES has funding through PDG B-5 to pilot Community Inclusion Teams implementing an itinerant model to reach serving children in community-based organizations. The three pilots will receive a stipend to support planning in communities with intention to implement in Fall 2024.
