Terms & Conditions: 1) Payment is due at time of registration and your space is not reserved until payment is made in full. 2) Set Up Info will be sent on the Tuesday before the event. If not received please contact your account rep. 3) All Events Are Rain or Shine 4) This event has a no refund policy. Cancellations occurring at least 30 days before the event may qualify for an event credit. Limitations Apply. Ask your account rep. No credits of any kind will be given within 30 days of event.

By completing this registration you agree to hold harmless Florida Penguin Productions Inc.(FPP), their staff, sponsors, partners, vendors, and affiliates for any damages that may occur to yourself or your property while attending the event. Including but not limited to your tent, tables, chairs, merchandise, or your person, in the case of bad weather, wind, sickness, or negligence of staff, or other occurrences. You are responsible for yourself, your tent space, car, and your products.

• I understand and agree to indemnify FPP against all liability that may result from this event.

PAYMENT PROCESSING PayPal is our preferred method of payment for the best tracking and a PayPal account is not required to make payment. You can use any credit or debit card to pay without signing up for PayPal.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS If you sell items from a competitive industry, like jewelry, tumblers, sunglasses, candles, and soap and haven't spoken to a coordinator yet, please click "pay by check" at the bottom to bypass the payment portion of the application and we will send you a PayPal bill once your application is approved. For questions or to pay by phone, please call 727-674-1464 Mon-Friday 10am to 2:00pm and Halee will be happy to assist you. If there are any issues with accepting your company, we will contact you within one work day.
