Silver Age Chair Yoga Tuesday (IN PERSON)
Silver Age Chair Yoga is a program designed to meet the special health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is a gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures as well as chair supported standing postures will be practiced. Bringing your own mat is required. June Dates: 6/6, 6/13, 6/20
