2023 ADVIS & NJAIS Wellness Summit

Over the past 3+ years school leaders have been swimming (drowning?!) in a cocktail of complexity: the Covid-19 pandemic, structural racism, climate crises, and political instability. The work of growing a capable, adaptable school community requires (even more!) new ideas about pedagogies, paradigms, priorities, and structures.
