Specialized Database Types and Their Applications

In this session we will review the different types of database technologies and models (relational, graph, document, key value pair, time series, etc.), common application use types, and architectural tradeoffs that are inherent when determining which database technology to use (e.g., performance, data quality constraints, skillsets).
