Bronze Sponsor & Double Exhibit Space

Bronze Sponsor has the ability to be named as a morning or afternoon coffee break sponsor. If they take advantage of this opportunity, food cost will be managed separately and will be paid directly to the hotel. Includes two tables per day, as well as two representatives with breakfast and lunch. Recognition as a bronze sponsor. Additional representatives may be added for $400 each

Silver Sponsor & Double Exhibit

To be a silver sponsor, you must commit to sponsoring a breakfast or lunch which comes with the opportunity to provide an optional product theater for 30 minutes. Food cost is separate and is managed directly with the hotel. Preferred exhibit space with two tables and two included representatives - which includes breakfast and lunch. Recognition as silver sponsor and acknowledgement from podium.

Gold Sponsor with Double Exhibit

To be eligible for Gold Sponsorship, you are also committing to sponsoring a dinner and food cost is arranged separately directly with the hotel. Double Exhibit space in preferred location. Includes three representatives as well as their breakfast and lunch each day. Access to conference electronic program. Prominent signage and recognition as gold sponsor. Gold sponsor acknowledgement from podium.
