I affirm that I am eighteen or over, competent to make this release, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and hereby absolutely and unconditionally release the Second Time Arounders® Marching Band Inc., their officers, directors and shareholders and all other entities and individuals from all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, and expenses, of whatever nature, which arise from my participation in the band.

I hereby acknowledge that participating in marching band activities may be deemed to be dangerous activity and therefore, I am knowingly and intentionally entering into this release of my own free will. I further warrant that no promise or inducement has been made to me to enter this release and that I understand the terms and conditions of this release concerning the nature and extent of the claims and damages or legal liability therefore.

I give my permission to the Second Time Arounders Marching Band, Inc. to use photographs, audio and video recordings and facsimile images of me and/or my invitee(s), without compensation, for promotional activities. I understand that the photographs, audio and video recordings and facsimile images may be created at any and all Second Time Arounders Marching Band, Inc. events, which include, but are not limited to practices, performances, and meetings.
