• In order to register and participate in Operation Holiday Giving 2023, you must read, understand and accept our policies, liability release and media release, as follows:

• We are asking that you please provide DEERS eligibility for each of the children registered for the Operation Holiday Giving event. When you register at the event, you will be asked for your military ID or DD214 and a DEERS verification of all of your dependents or child may bring their own military ID if they have one.

• Please remember that you, the registered (or spouse WITH ID), have to attend the event and cannot send someone else in your spot. You also can not pick up items for others. This is for your immediate household family dependents only

• I hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur during my participation and that of my dependents/guests in this event or while on the premises of this event, and I hereby release and hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against Military Assistance Mission, its local affiliates, and any affiliated individuals, any sponsors and their agents and employees, and all other persons or entities associated with this event (the “releases”) from any loss, liability or claims I or my dependents/guests may have arising out of our participation in this event, including personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether same be caused by falls, contact with participants, negligence of the Releases’ or otherwise.

• I hereby grant Military Assistance Mission, permission to use the photographic/video images taken of myself and/or my dependents and that Military Assistance Mission shall have all rights, title, and interests to the image(s) and the copyrights thereto and all the related rights for their entire terms, including renewal, free and clear of all encumbrances.

• If I do not follow all the rules of this event, I understand that I may be removed from participation. I give my full permission to Military Assistance Mission, and its local affiliates and their sponsors and corporate sponsors to use any photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event.
