The Fine Print

• Prepayment is required to hold your child's place. If you cancel prior to the beginning of the Session, we will apply a 5% cancellation fee to the balance of the refund. If you cancel after classes begin, we will apply a 25% cancellation fee and refund the balance. If you have any questions, please call us at 305-992-8222. No Refunds or credits due to missed classes. You can make up to two missed classes at our studio during regular studio hours.

• ONLINE PAYMENT NOTE: Some versions of iPhone iOS in conjunction with some versions of Mobile Safari may experience a software bug that hides the Confirm button. If you encounter any issues e-mail us at alex@artthyme.com and we can take payment over the phone or you can Venmo us @artthyme. If you have reached the payment page, we will have your registration details, so you don't need to re-register. We will update your payment status manually.
