CHOOSING YOUR PAYMENT OPTION

• REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE ONCE WE RECEIVE PAYMENT. Registrations are completed on a first-pay, first-served basis. Your spot in the class is secured once we receive payment. Therefore, we recommend payment by credit card at the time of registration.

• IF PAYING BY CHECK PLEASE NOTE: Your spot in the class is not secured until we receive payment. We do accept checks up until the time of class, but please understand, if the class does fill prior to our receiving your payment you might not be able to take the class due to lack of space.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

• HRUHCA reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the required minimum number of students. Please be assured we make every effort to hold each and every class, however, it is not possible for us to predict the number that will register.

• If you cannot attend the class for which you have registered, or if the class is cancelled, HRUHCA will allow you to register for a future class of your choosing, however, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for classes.
