Terms & Conditions: 1) Payment is due at time of acceptance and your space is not reserved until payment is made in full. 2) Set Up Info will be sent on the Tuesday before the event. If not received, please call us. 3) All Events Are Rain or Shine 4) This event has a no refund policy. Cancellations occurring at least 30 days before the event may qualify for an event credit. Limitations Apply. Ask your account rep. No credits of any kind will be given within 30 days of event.

By completing this registration you agree to hold harmless Florida Penguin Productions Inc.(FPP), their staff, sponsors, partners, vendors, and affiliates for any damages that may occur to yourself or your property while attending the event. Including but not limited to your tent, tables, chairs, merchandise, or your person, in the case of bad weather, wind, sickness, or negligence of staff, or other occurrences. You are responsible for yourself, your tent space, car, and your products.

• I understand and agree to indemnify FPP against all liability that may result from this event.

PAYMENT PROCESSING The current payment option is set to "pay by check" to bypass the payment portion of the application until we can approve your application. However, once we review your application and your requested dates are approved, we will send you a PayPal invoice listing all of the dates you are confirmed for. Payments are due upon receipt to hold your space. Due to the very high demand for this event, we recommend paying for your spaces in full to ensure your space is locked in. Especially for in-demand industries like food, jewelry, soap, candles, etc.

-LIMITED INDUSTRIES AT COREY AVE- The Corey Avenue Market is a very special market with a focus on fresh goods, and handmade products. We will review all applications on a case by case basis, and even if we can not accept your business today for Corey Ave, we may be able to bring you to many other events we host across Tampa Bay.
