• ANNOUNCEMENT: With effect from 1 Nov 2021, a booking fee of 2.5% + $0.50 for tickets purchased on www.tottstore.com will be applied per transaction. This booking fee is already included in the class price and covers the administrative, development and maintenance required on the software which is necessary to secure your class slot online.

• * How did you find out about ToTT Cooking Studio?

• All confirmed bookings are NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another class date should you be unable to attend the class. This includes illnesses. No refunds will be given for unattended classes. However, a replacement participant can be sent, with minimum 24 hours advanced notice via email from the registered participant. Replacement participant needs to produce printed confirmation slip and email.

• Constant Contact will email you a confirmation of payment once it has been approved. This email only serves to confirm that your payment for the class is successful. The class is confirmed and proceeding 3 days before the class date if you do not receive a notification regarding a class cancellation. Please note that there is no further notice or confirmation email if the class is proceeding.

• CLASS CANCELLATION: If the minimum number of participants for the class is not met, the class will be cancelled. ToTT will send a cancellation email three days before the class date. You can choose to either get a refund of the cooking class fee or transfer to another class.
