SILVER WIKI WIKI Squads 3 hours coaching a week SILVER Training level: 3 hrs per week These squads are for our young "waterman" to increase their individual skills in different watercraft, safety skills & overall confidence! MAKO SQUAD( all sessions by Invitation) (15 available) This program is for the trained athlete wanting to take canoeing & kayaking to the next level! These athletes are aspiring to represent at a national and international level. Striving for USA selection in Olympic Hopes, World Championship and Olympic Competition.They train from 4-12 session a week with individualized programs and extra sessions to develop champion skills for the holistic athlete. They own their paddle & boat or rent for own usage and show the greatest dedication to their goals!	4	$200.00 each
FIT & FABULOUS (Adult HYC Members)MON / WED / THU 5:15-6:45pm $150/month (15 available) Fit & Fabulous is an individualized training group to provide positive opportunities for you to achieve your personal fitness & wellbeing goals! MON/WED/THU 5:30pm SAT 4:30pm plus use of equipment in own time with guidelines. You will need to become an HYC Member. Welcome let us know how we are make IKAIKA great for you! $150	2	$150.00 each
ROWING SQUADS (Jan 7-Feb 24) MON-FRI 5:15 - 6:45 am / SAT 7-9 am $200/month High school athletes: There's great opportunities for you to get into college as a student athlete and also receive scholarships to make the journey a little easier through the sport of Rowing! FROM PADDLING TO ROWING TO COLLEGE! Learn how others achieved & enjoyed this college pathway. Row in the ONLY rowing 4 in the islands. Train hard and find out what you need to get recruited and plan your college future! Rowers can work towards being selected to race with Ikaika in mainland regattas!	1	$200.00 each
BRING A FRIEND TO IKAIKA (8 available) This program is to share the ALOHA and ASPIRE with your friend for the last week of the month. We want to ensure their safe, fun learning experience so need to learn a little about them before they come. Also please read the IKAIKA handbook before coming to practice and we will look forward to enjoying getting on the water together!
