CE is applied for via National University of Health Sciences for these states: AK, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR , PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY. If you want CE for a state that is not listed, please contact ASAP. There may be extra fees for this.

One (1) STATE CE is included with your registration. Each additional state is $50 extra.

Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the selected and registered on-site seminar, you may transfer your paid credit towards a future on-site seminar within a year of the initial payment date. YOU CAN NOT TRANSFER CREDIT TOWARDS WEBINARS, ONLINE COURSES, OR HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS. There is a $200 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course.
