Prerequisites

• In a separate email, we will send the EWN MECP Program Requirements and Evaluator Credential Application, and a copy of the EWN Photo Release form to the email provided on the registration. If registering additional participants, please ensure this email is forwarded to each registrant. Forms must be completed and returned via email. Both forms must be received two days prior to class in order to gain admittance. Completed certification will not be finalized in the EWN system until the forms have been received.
