Intermediate Boxing Fitness In Person (Thursday)

This class is only for those who have taken Boxing Fitness here and have completed an Intermediate Boxing Assessment by the instructor. Throwing punches is a fun way to stay strong and fit at any age, but it is especially beneficial for older adults. Boxing moves are great for cognitive function.
