This program consists of 1 hour sessions, 2 times a week for 6 months. It includes a warm-up, aerobics, light weights, balance, strength, stretching, and 1 educational topic for each class. The program is meant to be fun and enriching and can be adapted to accommodate individuals with a mild level of mobility issues. Tues & Thurs Oct 31 - April 30.
