ABBRA Marine Service Manager Course The course begins at the Newport Marriot with an opening reception from 6:00 - 7:30 pm on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024. The reception provides an opportunity to meet fellow attendees and ABBRA staff before classes begins on Monday. Registrants will be invoiced once course is confirmed.
