Silver Age Chair Yoga Tuesday (IN PERSON)
Silver Age Chair Yoga is designed to meet the health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is a gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures as well as chair supported standing postures will be practiced. Bringing your own mat is required. Dates: Jan 9, 16, 23, 30
