Social Anxiety Teen Group

This therapy group is for tweens and teens who can benefit from being with others their age who have experienced social anxiety, selective mutism, or other anxiety disorder now or in the past. Therapy goals include processing their experience as a group to gain perspective, provide/receive support, and foster identity development.
