David Ragan, P.E, and Nathan Wiggins, P.E., with Hardesty & Hanover will give a presentation on the new Perquimans River Bridge in northeastern NC. This project was NCDOT's first movable bridge replacement through Design-Build procurement and spans 2700 feet total, including a steel swing span.
