Brian Ceccarelli, P.E, will give a presentation on the physics of determining the duration of yellow traffic lights and how he and his colleagues convinced the ITE that their previous practice was wrong. Mr. Ceccarelli argues that red-light camera firms exploited these errors for profit and will give an update on red-light camera law suits.
