Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM): Food Therapy

The course covers a brief history of Food Therapy in TCVM, along with the foundational principles and examples of how foods can be used as medicine to treat a wide range of maladies. Attendees will be taught how to develop a pattern diagnosis in order to choose the correct foods for specific ailments.
